Ms. Zack is an experienced litigator, who values deep relationships and strives to serve her clients with excellence.  After graduating from a top law school, she began her career at a “Big Law” firm in San Francisco.  Ms. Zack later practiced in the Miami office of a premier Washington D.C. law firm before joining the prestigious Miami Dade County Attorney’s Office.  Now with Zack Law Firm, she applies her legal training and skills  to meet the needs of the firm’s clients.  Her practice focuses on commercial litigation including intellectual property, employment, torts, class actions, unfair business practices, partnership dissolutions, and trade defamation litigation.  She represents both defendants and plaintiffs in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.  A native Spanish speaker, Ms. Zack brings a multicultural understanding to the nuances of business litigation in Miami.  Ms. Zack’s experience allows her to anticipate and thoroughly understand the risks associated with high stakes U.S. and international litigation and arbitration.

  • Represented a large, publicly traded corporation in an antitrust matter involving price fixing allegations;
  • Represented Compaq Computer Corporation in a consumer class action;
  • Represented Deloitte in a securities litigation matter;
  • Represented a British Bank in letter of credit litigation involving a foreign government;
  • Negotiated a settlement on behalf of a large telecommunications company in a billing dispute;
  • Counseled clients on antitrust compliance and trade secret issues;
  • Supervised large document productions in commercial litigation matters and in response to government subpoenas;
  • Represented Miami-Dade County in the administration and litigation of workers’ compensation benefits and in disciplinary personnel hearings.
