Practice Area
Government Contracts & Regulation
The United States government awards an astronomical amount of money annually in contracts for products and services. Unlike the private sector, the federal government marketplace is governed by unique rules, requirements and its own dispute resolution process. Our government contracts practice focuses on helping manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, real property owners and service providers understand and navigate the highly regulated procurement process, from contract formation to contract performance and dispute resolution.
